What we do
G-NAGS is a Business Profile and enquiry platform for small and local businesses. A business gets a Business Profile at its own web address — photos, videos, contact details and a category-specific enquiry button — that can be shared on WhatsApp, printed on a card, or sent to a customer directly.
Every enquiry a customer makes from that page arrives in the owner's workspace immediately, with the customer's name and mobile number, so the owner can follow up by phone or WhatsApp without losing track.
Who we serve
Shops, boutiques, service providers, clinics, tuition centres, workshops and other owner-run businesses that need to be findable and reachable online without hiring a developer or running a website.
The platform is designed mobile-first and is available in English, Hindi and Bengali, because that is how most owners and their customers actually use it.
How we started
G-NAGS was created in 2026 to answer a problem its founders kept meeting: a small business with real customers, a real reputation and no way to be found or contacted online — because a website costs money to build, more to maintain, and needs someone technical to keep it alive.
The answer was to make the whole thing one step: the business gives us its details, we publish its Business Profile, and enquiries start arriving on the owner's phone. No hosting, no domain, no developer.
