The rules for using the G-NAGS Business Growth Platform: what we provide, what a business owner is responsible for, how subscriptions and payments work, and the law that applies.
Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Jagatpati Online OPC Private Limited ("G-NAGS"), registered at 39/6 Ram Krishna Road, Rishra, Hooghly, West Bengal – 712248, India. By creating or using a Business Profile you accept them.
What we provide
We provide a hosted Business Profile at a web address, tools to manage its content, delivery of customer enquiries made through it, and a workspace to view and follow up those enquiries.
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and provider outages can interrupt access.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in mobile number and PIN confidential, and for everything done through your account.
- The information you give us about your business must be accurate, and you must keep it up to date.
- Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to your account.
What you may publish
You are responsible for everything you publish on your Business Profile, and you confirm that you have the right to publish it. You must not publish:
- Content you do not own or have permission to use, including another business's photographs, logo or brand name.
- Anything unlawful, misleading about what you sell, obscene, hateful, or harmful to a child.
- Goods or services you are not legally permitted to sell, or that require a licence you do not hold.
- Another person's private information without their consent.
- We may remove content or suspend a Business Profile that breaches these rules, and will tell you why.
Customer enquiries
Enquiries made through your Business Profile are delivered to you. You are responsible for how you use a customer's contact details — including complying with applicable law on unsolicited calls and messages. G-NAGS is not a party to any transaction between you and your customer, and is not responsible for the goods or services you supply.
Subscriptions and payment
- A Business Profile is offered on a Monthly or a Yearly plan. The price shown at the time you apply is the price for that period; a later price change applies only to new applications and to renewals.
- Payment is made by UPI to the official G-NAGS payment identity shown to you at the point payment is due. Always check the payee name and UPI ID before paying, and send us the payment reference.
- A subscription runs for the period paid for. If it is not renewed, the Business Profile becomes inactive and its public page shows an inactive notice until it is renewed.
- A Monthly or Yearly subscription can be cancelled at any time. No refund is provided for the remaining or unused subscription period after activation, except where required by applicable law or in exceptional cases such as a duplicate or erroneous payment.
Our content
The G-NAGS name, mark and platform are ours. You may use the shareable link and the share image of your own Business Profile freely; you may not copy the platform itself.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the subscription amount you paid us for the period in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or lost profit.
Ending this agreement
You may stop using the platform at any time and ask us to take your Business Profile down. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where a payment due to us is not made.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
